What to expect after you place an order
Once you place an order, the first month’s charge will be captured on your credit card to authorize the amount and help combat fraud. Before we begin your subscription, we will contact you to set up your preferred payment method - credit card or ACH - for future invoices. After your payment method is verified your equipment order will be processed and we will ship the equipment to the address you specified during the sign-up process.
IMPORTANT: In certain circumstances, we may not be able to extend credit and may require a deposit or prepayment for a portion of the subscription. For certain high-value items, we may require a deposit. Deposits must clear for a minimum of seven days before your order is processed.

At Covene, we try to make things as simple as possible. Our terms below cover various situations so we can continue to provide the services we believe you’ll love for a long time. Simply put, we are selling products to you as a service, we expect you to pay on-time, and in return, we will continue to provide the service to you.
There are limits to what we can provide, and things like acts of war or God may impact our ability to deliver services. Also, while we want to see your network as secure as possible, we can’t protect you from everything that may happen. We want you to understand that using our service does not mean you are invulnerable to an attack or a data breach. Please talk to us about ways to minimize your risk and best practices for operating a secure network.
Our service includes configuration and management of the devices. Should something break, we’re here to help you get back online as quickly as possible. We bundle standard next-business-day replacement of failed equipment into your purchase price. We also offer four-hour replacement services.
